The long-term care industry manages over $114 billion in labor expense — and most of it still runs on systems that were designed for other industries. Generic HRIS platforms don't understand shift-based scheduling, CMS compliance, or the reality of frontline care workers. Operators are forced to stitch together a patchwork of tools that don't talk to each other.
We started Veras because we believed one connected platform — built from day one for post-acute care — could cut costs, improve retention, and elevate the quality of care for residents. That's the problem we wake up to solve every day.
